Pakistan Telecommunication Authority just launched an application for Telecom Consumers who are facing many issues. Now they have launched a Complaint management system application in an effort to help telecom consumers.
It is providing FAQs for different issues and one best thing about this app is you can easily lodge a complaint against any telecom service issue you are facing. Not only in Application, but a user can also file a complaint on the web portal of PTA CMS.
This application is now available on Android Playstore and also in the Ios App store.
